Senior Product Designer

Framebridge, the simple way to custom frame everything you love, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our product and engineering team in Washington, DC. In this role, you’ll design elegant and intuitive UX solutions that enable our customers to design beautiful custom frames online. You will work collaboratively with other designers, product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to build user-centric experiences across web and app interfaces. This role will also lead UX-focused efforts such as research, user flows, and user testing. The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter, strong communicator, strategic thinker, and passionate about building world class products.

  • Know and love our users, listen to their feedback, and understand their pain points
  • Design innovative, user-centric interfaces that are easy to use across platforms
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to bring your designs to life and continuously enhance them
  • Lead UX-focused efforts such as research, user flows, and user testing to validate design decisions and identify new opportunities
  • Understand core product metrics and build design solutions that meet business goals
  • Effectively discuss and present solutions with stakeholders
  • Partner with other creative team members to unite the visual style across the brand

Qualifications and Benefits

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2+ years experience designing elegant digital experiences
  • Demonstrated success designing solutions that meet users’ needs and business goals
  • Experience building low and high fidelity prototypes
  • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with engineers and product managers
  • Experience facilitating user research and testing and leveraging results to improve designs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision
  • Ability to present and pitch user-focused solutions to stakeholders
