At Bureau for Visual Affairs we plan, design and develop user-experiences across the culture, fashion and lifestyle sectors. We focus on what defines today’s institutions and brands: experience, content and relevancy. Working with the culture sector has taught us to generate engagement from content-driven user journeys. Our understanding of brands has taught us to connect brand voice with content and commerce. We develop using a best-of-breed combination of open technologies, build around modularity and continuous research. Our clients include Damien Hirst, National Theatre, The Tate, ShowStudio, Whistles, Jo Malone and ASOS (COLLUSION).
We are looking for someone experienced in web and digital design with a strong sense of typography to join our team of 12 at our office in Borough, London. The role’s main responsibility is working alongside our design and development team in the delivery of various digital projects — ranging from websites and digital apps to occasional branding projects. The successful applicant should have experience in prototyping to delivery but will be specifically focused on designing user interfaces.
Apart from our highly visible output, we pride ourselves on a good work / life balance (working hours 10am–6pm) and we provide breakfast daily :-)
