Your core role will be designing all digital aspects of the company’s aesthetic look as well as various print & visual merchandising projects. You will have excellent design & art direction skills and eye for layouts and digital trends.
We value a strong work ethic and effective communication skills. We want someone who is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities whilst being incredibly organised and able to project manage effectively.
A typical day’s work may include the following:
Creation of website assets & banners
Design IG Feed & Stories
Design powerful digital adverts (display, retargeting and paid social)
Design imaginative weekly newsletters
Conduct continual analysis of competitor activity both onsite and across digital marketing channels, always staying up to date with key market trends.
Create mockups and final outputs for our development team to build into digital products - such as the website’s pages and digital platforms.
Design compelling window vinyls for our London & overseas stores
Design seasonal print material & looks books
Refine brand packaging, store carrier bags & ecom box
Illustration work and creative tasks as required
Retouching campaign images in keeping with the tone of the brand
Image colour correction, cloning and healing, labelling, resizing, and formatting eCommerce images
Support website team with e-commerce image management
Skills and Qualifications:
2 years + experience in a similar role
Experience generating content for a fashion/luxury brand, preferably menswear
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects)
Brilliant layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and ability to easily liaise between print and digital artwork
Skilled designing/animating for paid media (Social + Motion Graphic Ads).
Excellent retouching skills & colour correction
Ability to work under pressure without a 9 to 5 mentality
Maintain a good level of communication with team members
Strong organisation skills ensure you keep a comprehensive, trackable list of jobs and deadlines
Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the Luca Faloni to help build the brand personality
Entrepreneurial - We’re ambitious about our growth, so you need to be flexible and adaptive in an environment of change and uncertainty
Ability to design & edit videos is a big plus
Basic knowledge of HTML and understanding of UI/UX principles
