Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager who has delivered large scale digital campaigns and has a working knowledge of social media, video production, digital display media, web apps and websites.

The work is agile and varied and you will be helping lead and motivate our studio to produce creative that will stand out. To continually develop and enhance the quality of our work, our ethos is fuelled by a drive to succeed and desire to improve.

You will primarily be working on a growing global pharmaceutical account, creating narrative brand pieces in collaboration with the UK social media team. You will be in constant communication with our Account Lead, based in Buenos Aires, reporting into the Account Director and working alongside the UK based Project Management team

Required skills, experience and competencies

The ideal candidate...

  • Has 4 + years Project Management experience in the industry

  • Has strong internal and client facing communication skills

  • Feels comfortable working within a fast-paced team environment on various projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines and has proficient problem solving skills

  • Is proficient in communicating effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people; external individuals, organisations, other 3rd parties etc
  • Has strong IT skills – Word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email etc

  • Can manage project financials, cost sheets, progress reports and status updates

  • Has experience with proposal writing and presentation of campaign ideas

  • Has experience of marketing projects and related services with a keen eye for design and the commercial responsibilities of all assets

  • Will bring new ideas and concepts to a project to keep things fresh

  • Is knowledgeable about creative formats within Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok etc

  • Has an interest in and exposure to digital technologies

  • Is knowledgeable of the capabilities of the main suite of studio creative tools including PhotoShop and AfterEffects.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
