Designer / Lead Manager Comms PR

Overall Purpose: Provides creative direction and manages creative resources and processes to assure consistency across all consumer touch points. Develops creative approaches in accordance with AT&T brand identity and design principles. Balances creative excellence and brand standards with the needs of the business owner and communication objectives.

Key responsibilities of this role include: Has an advanced knowledge of design principles and at least one design specialty. Can independently manage multiple large- scale projects involving the management of both internal and external talent. Responsible for applying those levels of knowledge and professional experience to the development of AT&T design processes, roles and resources. 

Candidate must have proven project management, communication skills and be comfortable delivering presentations to leadership and executives. Ability to develop learning materials to deliver content in innovative ways via new training methods and latest technology is desired.  

Education: Preferred Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Interactive Design, or a related digital media discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and technical training. An advanced degree is preferred

Experience: Senior-level, real-world experience in design (8-10 years) with working knowledge of managing projects independently.
