Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We’re looking for a talented Executive Assistant, who can support our MD by triaging his day and lightening his admin load, so he can focus on leading the growth of the business. As the business evolves, so will your responsibilities.
  • This is a permanent, full-time position
  • ON supports flexible and hybrid working, this role is based in our office in North Greenwich
  • You’ll be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of technologists, designers, strategists and researchers to deliver digital projects for clients
  • It’ll never get boring
Responsibilities
  • Preparing for, collecting and driving a list of key decisions and focus areas for each day, such as: proposals to go out, client communication, documents to review, invitations, deadlines, etc.
  • Managing and being an ‘air traffic controller’ to his calendar keeping him prepared for and focused on high priority tasks
  • Coordinating lunches and dinners with the senior team, key customers and partners
  • Coordinating events in the office that he is hosting
  • Making sure all expenses are recorded
  • Booking business travel
  • Taking on varied tasks that are important but difficult to fit into a day fully booked with meetings
About you We are looking for someone who is motivated, communicative, and detail oriented. Skills we are looking for:
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills across a range of stakeholders: written/grammar/spelling, verbal, listening and speaking
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to context switch and make changes quickly and efficiently
  • Creative, flexible and solutions oriented
  • Positive, motivated and with self starter attitude
  • Tech-savvy with experience of G-suite, Slack and able to pick up new tools quickly
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
